We want you to love what you order from Print Galli. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Click & Mail: Click a photo (or video, if defective) of the product and email it to support@printgalli.com along with your invoice and reason for return.
  2. Pickup: We’ll arrange a reverse pickup. Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange your product within 15 days if it’s unused, in original packaging, and with valid proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, email or WhatsApp us your order number and reason for exchange

  • No exchanges for damaged/altered items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Timelines

  • Pickup may take up to 10 days.
  • Once received, the product will undergo a quality check.
  • If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.

Note: Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
